Hotels
In coordination with SDU, VaMoS has managed to come to an agreement with selected hotels and secure reservations of a limited number of rooms at a discounted price for the attendees of the conference.
The deadline for booking the hotels is 15 December 2022. Make sure to follow the instructions below for the chosen hotel to be elligible for the discount.
The reservations have been made only for the period from 24 January 2023 to 27 January 2023. If you need a longer stay or have any problems with booking a hotel, please contact SDU’s Accommodation Office at hotel@sdu.dk.

Hotels Cabinn, Plaza and Ansgar
Guests have to write an email to the hotel. The email should state the desired dates of stay, mention the VaMoS conference and include the corresponding booking code.
The hotel will then provide the guest with further instructions. Payment will be done upon arrival.
Hotel Odeon
Guests should not book directly with the hotel, but should instead send an email to SDU’s Accommodation Office at hotel@sdu.dk. The email should mention hotel Odeon and the VaMoS conference, and include the the following additional information:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Arrival date
- Departure date
- Breakfast (yes/no)
SDU will then provide the guest with further instructions. Payment will be done upon arrival.
